Project Overview

Sunbeth needed a dependable outdoor lighting system that could improve visibility across the facility without relying on public power supply.

The project involved the deployment of 29 standalone solar-powered streetlights across key areas of the facility. Each unit was installed to provide consistent illumination, support site security, and reduce the long-term cost of powering external lighting.

Objectives

The goal was to deliver a durable, off-grid lighting solution that could function efficiently with minimal maintenance.

The project also focused on improving nighttime visibility, increasing safety around the facility, and ensuring that each streetlight was properly positioned for strong solar exposure and reliable performance.

Our Approach

The project started with a site assessment to determine the best locations for each streetlight. Pole positioning was planned carefully to ensure wide coverage, proper spacing, and effective illumination across the facility.

Each solar streetlight was installed as an independent unit, with its solar panel, battery system, LED fixture, and wiring properly set up and tested. The team also checked panel alignment to ensure maximum exposure to sunlight during the day.

After installation, voltage and performance tests were carried out to confirm that the lights were charging correctly and operating efficiently. Weather exposure, positioning, and long-term durability were also considered during the deployment to reduce the risk of system failure or early degradation.

Key Features

  • Installation of 29 standalone solar-powered streetlights
  • Off-grid lighting system with integrated solar panels and batteries
  • LED fixtures for efficient and consistent illumination
  • Proper pole positioning for wide lighting coverage
  • Solar panel alignment for improved charging performance
  • Voltage and performance testing after installation
